DELIVERY, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

  • REFUND POLICY: We may offer a seven (7) calendar days Refund, Return or Replacement on Defective Products only, for the amount paid (excluding the shipping charges, transportation cost, packaging cost, customs, VAT, other taxes, etc.) to the Company.  Such refunds are at the absolute and sole discretion of the Company and will be decided by the Company on case to case basis.
  • Please note that any payment made from E-Wallet or Gift-Wallet towards purchase of any product shall not be refundable even if cancellation or refund is sought within the seven (7) calendar days.

    Furthermore, any Product purchased by using any coupon, code, offer etc shall also be not subject to Refund, Return or Replacement of the Product once purchased.

    Please note that the Refund, Return or Replacement can only be made once you have notified us about the Defective Product(s), it has been approved by our Customer Support, and we have successfully received the product at the company address which will be provided by the Customer Support once you contact us.

     

  • DELIVERY POLICY UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER: You will receive the product(s) within 30 to 45 working days (excluding any public holiday, national holiday, etc.)from the date of placing the order, however there may be a delay due to circumstances beyond our control. Please note that there will be no refund in any such circumstances. In case our system shows that your product(s) is delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us via our Customer Support within five (5) calendar days from the date of delivery as per our record.
  • Please note that it is the duty of the Customer to supply us with the complete and correct shipping address when placing your order. We cannot guarantee your shipping or delivery of your address is changed once your order has been dispatched. We will not be held liable if your parcel(s) or product is delivered to an incorrect address or returned to us due to you supplying an incomplete or incorrect address. There will not be any refund in such scenario and the Customer will have to bear additional expenses for scheduling the new delivery of the parcel(s) or product.

     

  • CUSTOMER CLAIMS AND DISPUTES: If we inform you that we have received a claim, chargeback or other dispute concerning one of your transactions, you shall deliver any reasonable information we request to confirm that you fulfilled the transaction in accordance with the agreement with us (including but not limited to Terms of Use). If you fail to comply with the prior sentence or failed to comply with the agreement or these policies, or if the claim chargeback or dispute is not caused by (i) our failure to make your order available as it was received by us or (ii) credit card fraud as described in Terms of Use, then you shall promptly reimburse us for the amount of the customer purchase (including the purchase price, shipping charges, transportation cost, packaging cost, customs, VAT, other taxes, etc.) and all associated credit card association, bank or other payment processing, re-presentment and penalty fees associated with the original purchase and any chargeback or refund, in each case to the extent paid or payable by us.

  • This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Use.
  • We will not be responsible for any additional charges levied by the Banks, Payment Processors or third party while processing a cancellation or refund request. Such charges shall be the responsibility of the Customers.
  • We shall not be liable to refund any tax, charges, fees etc. levied by the governmental authorities or third parties while processing any cancellation or refund request. This also shall be the responsibility of the Customers.
